千金妇炎舒对盆腔炎治疗作用探究 　【摘要】 　　目的研究千金妇炎舒的主要药效作用。方法采用细菌性致炎、化学性烧伤致炎、非特异型炎症以及免疫功能低下等药理模型。结果千金妇炎舒能明显降低模型大鼠全血及血浆粘度、血小板聚集率，减少子宫重量系数，改善模型大鼠子宫的病理组织损害，能抑制角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足肿胀及二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀，减少乙酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加，能提高环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下的碳廓清指数及吞噬指数。结论千金妇炎舒具有较明显的抗菌、抗炎、改善血液流变学指标及免疫调节作用。 【关键词】 千金妇炎舒 大肠杆菌 抗炎 免疫调节 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the main therapeutic effects of QianJinFuYanShu.MethodsBacterial inflammation models induced by mixture of several kinds of bacterials,chemical inflammation models induced by hydroxybenzene mucilage,other nonspecific inflammation models and immunodepression models were applied.ResultsQianJinFuYanShu could obviously decrease the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate,diminish uterus coefficient and relieve the damage of uterus tissue in rat models of inflammation.It also had an inhibitory effect on rat thenar swelling induced by carrageenan and mouse auricular swelling induced by xylene.Besides,QianJinFuYanShu could significantly inhibit capillary permeability of abdominal cavity induced by glacial acetic acid in mice,increase the carbon granular clearance index and phagocytes index of immunodepression induced by cyclophosphamide.ConclusionQianJinFuYanShu has an obvious anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, improve hemorheology indices as well as immunoregulation. 　　Key words:QianJinFuYanShu； Colibacillus； Anti-inflamation； Immunoregulation 　　千金妇炎舒为本实验室自制的一种棕色浸膏，用于治疗各种原因引起的慢性盆腔炎。我们根据其临床功能主治进行了千金妇炎舒的抗菌消炎、活血化淤及免疫调节作用的研究，为临床用药提供实验依据。 　　1 器材 　　1.1 药品及试剂千金妇炎舒为棕色浸膏，1 ml浸膏相当于5.33 g生药，由本实验室自制，批号：060330。推荐人日用量为20.16 g生药/60 kg；妇科千金片，株洲千金药业股份有限公司，批号注射用环磷酰胺，江苏恒瑞医药股份有限公司，批号伊文思兰，上海化学试剂公司，批号：F981016；冰醋酸，广东汕头市西陇化工厂0605052；印度墨汁，上海长江日用粘合材料厂，批号881120；角叉菜胶，北京西中化工厂，批号000803；戊巴比妥钠，上海化学试剂公司（进口分装），批号大肠杆菌（CMCC44103）、金黄色葡萄球菌（CMCC26003）、乙型溶血性链球菌（CMCC32210）购自江苏省疾病控制中心。营养琼脂，北京奥博星生物技术责任有限公司，批血琼脂基础，杭州天和微生物试剂有限公司，批 　　1.2 药物配制取5.7 g/ml 千金妇炎舒原液，加蒸馏水配成0.17，0.34，0.68 g/ml药液；取妇科千金片，去除包衣，研碎后加蒸馏水煮沸30 min，配成0.1 g/ml药
