多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病临床疗效探究 　　　【摘要】 目的：验证多奈哌齐（Donepezil）阿尔茨海默病(AD)的安全性及有效性。：对61例AD患者进行多奈哌齐和他可林（Tacrine）的多中心开放、对照治疗，其中多奈哌齐组33例（5mg/d），他可林组28例（平均100mg/d）；共治疗12周。简易精神状态检查（MMSE），日常生活能力量表（ADL）评定临床疗效，用副反应量表（TESS）评定副反应。结果：多奈哌齐组治疗总有效率为69.70%，显效率为51.52%，他可林组分别为67.86%和46.43%，起效时间均在治疗第四周末；两组间差异无显著性（χ2分别=0.023和0.011）。多奈哌齐组和他可林组治疗前后MMSE评分及加分率，ADL评分及减分率的差异均无显著性（Pgt;0.05）。多奈哌齐组的不良反应较他可林组显著少而轻，仅有6例病人存在轻度的恶心或胃纳减退。结论：多奈哌齐能有效治疗AD，且不良反应少而轻微。 　　【关键词】 阿尔茨海默病；多奈哌齐；他可林 A comparative study of donepezil and Alzheimer disease for Clinical research 　　【abstract】 Objective Verify that the Donepezil of many what Pains cures safe nature and effectiveness that Ah you Alzheimer disease ( AD ) .Methods But having more what the many centers open of neat and he forest ( Tacrine ) of Pay and contrast to 61 example AD patients is cured , among them many what I Zoos Pay 33 examples ( 5mg/d ) , but his Lin Zu of 28 examples ( average 100mg/d ) We should cure 12 weeks altogether .
