复方黄芪月间草油制剂对血瘀大鼠血液流变学及小鼠凝血及出血时间 　【关键词】 黄芪/月间草油/复方制剂 毕业论文 　　摘要: 目的: 观察复方黄芪月间草油制剂（CAP）对血液流变学及凝血时间和出血时间的 影响 。 方法 : 用急性血瘀模型大鼠进行血液流变学实验和用毛细玻璃管法、断尾法检测小鼠凝血时间和出血时间。 结果: ①大鼠经皮下注射肾上腺素和冰水冷浴后，其不同切变率全血黏度及血浆黏度均增高。②急性血瘀模型大鼠服用CAP，可降低不同切变率下的全血黏度，并降低血浆黏度、红细胞压积，能明显提高红细胞变形能力。③CAP能明显延长小鼠凝血时间和出血时间。 结论: CAP对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的异常变化有明显的改善作用和延长小鼠凝血时间和出血时间，从而改善微循环，此种药理作用对于防止急性心肌梗死时的高黏状态以及动脉硬化的 发展 均有益处。 　　关键词: 黄芪/月间草油/复方制剂; 急性血瘀模型; 血液流变学; 凝血时间; 出血时间 　　Effects of Compound Radix Astrragali Evening primrose oil preparation on the hemorrheologyin blood stasis rats and the clotting-time and Bleeding-time of mice 　　Abstract: Objective:JIN zai-jiui，JIANG yan-lingTo explore the effects of Compound Radix Astrragali Evening primrose oil preparation（CAP）on hemorrheology in blood stasis rats and the clotting-time and the Bleeding-time of mice respectively.Methods:Rat model of acute blood stasis was used to carry out the hemorrheological tests，the glass capillary method，and tail cutting method was used to determine the clotting-time and bleeding-time of mice.Results:①After the rats were subcutaneously injected adrenaline and treated with ice-water bath，the whole-blood viscosity and plasmatic viscosity were all increased under the rate of different exchange.②After administration of CAP，the whole-blood viscosity were decreased under the rate of different exchange，plasmatic viscosity，and hematocrit were decroased，and erythrocyte deformability was markedly increased.③ The clotting-time and the Bleeding-time of mice were elongated in all groups treated with compound CAP.Conclusion:CAP improves significantly abnormal changes of hemorheology in rat model of acute blood stasis，could elongate the clotting-time and the bleeding-time of mice，so can imporove microcirculation， which is beneficial to preventing high viscosity in acute myocardial infarction and the development of arteriosclerosis. 　　Key words: Traditional Chinese medicine/Radix Astrragali/Evening primrose oil; model of acute blood stasis; Hemor
