METHODS: Thirtysix patients with chronic viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis were treated with DZP and meanwhile underwent quantification analysis of liver function with scintigraphy as well as routine liver function, fibrosis indexes and Bmode ultrasound. RESULTS: The peak value (PV), uptake index (UI) and uptake speed index (UsI) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (18.94±6.80 vs 29.67±18.98, Plt;0.01; 10.84±5.99 vs 18.41±13.87, Plt;0.05; 0.58±0.39 vs 1.23±0.81, Plt;0.01), but the peak time （PT） and mean residence time （MRT） were longer than those in the normal control group (16.83±4.89 vs 10.95±2.79, Plt;0.001; 5.93±2.96 vs 2.74±0.97, Plt;0.01). And descend speed index (DsI) was lower than that in the normal control group (0.07±0.09 vs 0.18±0.14, Plt;0.001). After treatment with DZP for about 6 months, PT, MRT and relative uptake index (RUI) were remarkably improved (9.05±2.03 vs 15.45±5.16, 2.07±0.69 vs 6.11±3.19, 3.64±1.91 vs 1.62±0.85, Plt;0.01).
