The effect of siderite contents on flotation of martite and quartz was investigated w ith three flotation s stems. The results show that, w ith mix ing the siderite into martite and quartz, the flotation indexes decrease in the dodec lamine and sodium oleate s stems w hile the concentrate grade increases in sodium dodec l sulfate s stem. Thus, the influence of the fine particle siderite must be eliminated in order to achieve effective separation of iron ore containing carbonates. Key wo
