山东玫瑰花过氧化物酶同工酶分析 　【摘要】 目的建立山东不同品种玫瑰花药材的过氧化物酶同工酶鉴别方法。方法 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法。结果19个品种的玫瑰花过氧化物酶同工酶分析，显现出谱带1～5条，其中D1带和D2带是玫瑰的基本谱带。结论山东产玫瑰花各品种过氧化物酶同工酶的谱型较多，品种之间有较明显的差异，可作为玫瑰花栽培品种鉴别的依据，为玫瑰花的规范化栽培提供了资料。 【关键词】 玫瑰花；过氧化物酶同工酶；电泳；品种鉴别 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish a Peroxidase isoenzyme(POD) method for identification of rugosa rose varieties in Shandong province.MethodsThe polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method was applied.
