中南大学学报（医学版） 2016, 41(9) 969 J Cent South Univ (Med Sci) DOI:10.11817/j.issn.1672-7347.2016.09.012 /xbwk/fileup/PDF/201609969.pdf 多囊卵巢综合征患者血清 betatrophin 水平升高及其影响因素 宋淑敏，王佳，郭成慧，蒋铁建 (中南大学湘雅医院内分泌科，长沙410008) [摘要] 目的：探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者血清betatrophin水平及其影响因素。方法：收集多囊卵巢综合征患者100 例为多囊卵巢综合征组(PCOS组) ，另收集年龄匹配的健康妇女40例作为健康对照组(NC组) 。检测受试者基本临床 及实验室指标，并采用酶联免疫吸附法测定betatrophin水平，采用SPSS19.0分析数据。结果：PCOS组血清betatrophin 高于NC组(P 0.05)。 PCOS组血清betatrophin水平和年龄、总体胰岛素敏感性指数正相关，与体质量指数、空腹胰岛 β 素、胰岛素抵抗指数、 细胞功能指数负相关，经多重线性逐步回归分析，年龄及腰臀比是血清betatrophin 的独立影 响因素；NC组无此相关性。高betatrophin浓度受试者发生多囊卵巢综合征的概率更高。结论：多囊卵巢综合征患者 血清betatrophin水平升高，但与胰岛素抵抗未见相关，年龄及腰臀比是其独立影响因素。 [关键词] 多囊卵巢综合征；胰岛素抵抗；betatrophin Elevated serum levels of betatrophin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and the influential factors SONG Shumin, WANG Jia, GUO Chenghui, JIANG Tiejian (Department of Endocrinology, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, Changsha 410008, China) ABSTRACT Objective: To determine serum levels of betatrophin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and the influential factors.
