慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺康复知识及行为相关性探究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨COPD患者肺康复知识和行为的相关性。方法：采用便利抽样法，应用自行设计的肺康复知识、行为问卷对广州市105例COPD患者进行调查。结果：COPD患者肺康复知识总分为（15.32plusmn;3.86）分，总体得分指标为63.83%。COPD患者肺康复行为总分为（43.01plusmn;7.01）分，总体得分指标为63.25%。肺康复知识和行为总分及各维度之间呈正相关（r=0.274～0.883，Plt;0.05）。结论：COPD患者肺康复知识与肺康复行为具有显著的相关性，患者的肺康复知识水平越高，其肺康复行为也越好，医护人员应寻求有效的干预策略提高COPD患者的肺康复知识，从而提高其肺康复行为，改善其生存质量。　　【关键词】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病； 肺康复； 知识； 行为　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the correlation of pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge and behaviors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Method：Convenience Sampling，105 patients with COPD from Guangzhou were investigated with the pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge questionnaire and pulmonary rehabilitation behaviors questionnaire.Result：The mean score of pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge was （15.32plusmn;3.86），the mean score of pulmonary rehabilitation behaviors was （43.01plusmn;7.01）.The total score and factor scores of pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge were positively correlated with the total score and factor scores of pulmonary rehabilitation behaviors（r=0.274-0.883，Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：COPD patients pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge is positively correlated with their pulmonary rehabilitation behaviors.Health care providers should make efforts to improve patients’ pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge，in order to improve their behaviors and quality of life.　　【Key words】 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease； Pulmonary rehabilitation； Knowledge； Behaviors　　First-authors address：School of Nursing，Guangzhou Medical University，Guangzhou 510180，China　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.29.015　　慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）是一种呼吸系统常见疾病。随着社会人口老年化，我国面临防治COPD的严重挑战。2007年的调查结果显示，我国农村和城市地区40岁以上COPD总体患病率为8.2%，男性为12.4%，女性为5.1%[1]。2007年卫生部发布的我国城乡居民死亡的十大病因中，呼吸系统疾病（主要是COPD）位于城市人口死亡原因的第4位，农村人口死亡原因的第3位[2]。据全球疾病负担研究项目（The Global Burden of Disease Study）估计，2020年COPD将位居全球死亡原因的第3位[3]。COPD患者病情迁延，常伴有合并症，劳动和生活能力受限，严重影响了生存质量。自1981年美国胸科学会制定肺康复以来，医学领域越来越将肺康复作为COPD患者的一种有效干
