Theoretical Discussion / 理论研讨/ 智能城市背景下的无障碍设计研究* ■张茫茫 【摘要】 在智能城市建设的大背景下，随着数字化与移动互联网的迅速发展，从智能产品到智 能城市，一系列数字化进程改变了原有城市基础建设的面貌以及人们交流信息的方式，催生了丰富 的社会生活需求。各种设施与产品成为互联网的一个节点，拓展了人们交流的空间，传统的无障碍 设施更趋智能化，残障者也应该分享这种非物质化进程所带来的“社会生活红利”。文章试图从无 障碍设计的概念与发展变化出发，探索无障碍设计与通用设计、信息传达、人机交互、用户体验等 多元化的设计方法的结合。提出“综合智能化服务体系”的智能化无障碍理念，通过梳理城市生活 服务的内容，从设计的视角研究和阐述数字化时代下残障者的生活，以及设计者参与建设无障碍城 市的责任。希望通过设计的手段提升现有城市设施、产品在物理功能之外的人文关怀与用户体验， 从而进一步改善残障者的生活体验，方便其更平等的参与到现代社会生活之中。 【关键词】 无障碍设计 ；智能城市 ；公共设施 ；通用设计 Research of Barrier-free Design under the Background of Building Smarter Cities ZHANG Mang-mang 【 】Under the background of Smarter Cities construction, with digitization and the rapid Abstract development of mobile Internet, from the smart product to the Smarter City, a series of digital process change the face of the existing urban infrastructure, and the way people exchange information, produce richer social life needs. Facilities and products to become a node of the Internet, expanding the space for people to communicate. Traditional barrier-free facilities have become smarter and the disabled should also share the social life dividend brought by this dematerialization process. Based on the concept and development of barrier-free designing, this paper attempts to explore the diversified barrier-free designing approaches which are combined with universal design, information communication, UXD, and customer experiencing. In addition, it proposes a new concept of smart barrier-free Integrated Intelligent Service System. The new concept is generated by combining municipal service content and from a designing perspective to study and elaborate on the life of the disabled under the Digital Age, as well as from the designers responsibility to establish a barrier-free city.Through
