肝宁颗粒及大黄利胆抗炎作用比较探究 　【摘要】 　　目的通过动物实验研究肝宁颗粒和大黄利胆抗炎的作用，进一步探讨肝宁颗粒的组方合理性。方法采用胆管引流法分别收集并计量给药后0.5，1，1.5，2，2.5 h的胆汁的方法观察肝宁颗粒和大黄对肝脏分泌胆汁的影响；采用测定小鼠胆囊重量的方法观察肝宁颗粒和大黄对胆囊的影响；采用小鼠耳肿胀、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、小鼠琼脂肉芽肿、羧甲基纤维素钠致小鼠腹腔白细胞游走、大鼠蛋清性关节炎等炎症模型观察肝宁颗粒和大黄的抗炎作用。结果肝宁颗粒和大黄均能明显增强胆汁分泌量；促进胆囊收缩，降低胆囊重量；抑制二甲苯、蛋清所致急性炎症，降低腹腔炎症小鼠的毛细血管通透性，抑制腹腔白细胞游走，抑制肉芽组织增生。但肝宁颗粒的利胆抗炎作用均比大黄强。结论肝宁颗粒组方合理，利胆抗炎作用明显。 【关键词】 肝宁颗粒 大黄 利胆作用 抗炎作用 比较研究 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the cholagogic and anti-inflammatory effect of Ganning granule and to discuss the rationality of Ganning granule in formulation.MethodsBiliary duct cannula bile at 0.5，1，1.5，2，2.5 h after intraduodenal administration in rats was collected and counted to observe the effect of Ganning granule and Rhubarb on biliary secretion;the weight of cholecyst in mice was counted to observe the effect of Ganning granule and Rhubarb on the cholecyst of mice.Anti-inflammatory effect of Ganning granule and Rhubarb was observed on the models of dimethyl benzene-induced auricular swelling in mice,celiac capillary permeability in mice,agaragar-induced granuloma in mice,chemotaxis of WBC induced by CMC-Na in mice and hind paw edema induced by fresh egg white in rats.ResultsGanning granule and Rhubarb could significantly increase the biliary secretion, decrease the weight of cholecyst in mice，inhibit the acute inflammation induced by album and xylene，decrease the celiac capillary permeability，inhibit chemotaxis of leucocyte induced by CMC-Na and inhibit the proliferation of granuloma. Moreover, the cholagogic and anti-inflammatory effect of Ganning granule was better than that of Rhubarb.ConclusionThe formulation of Ganning granule is reasonable; Ganning granule has considerable choleretic and anti-inflammatory effect. 　　Key words:Ganning granule ; Rhubarb; Cholagogic effect; Anti-inflammatory effect; Comparative study 　　肝宁颗粒是由经典利胆验方中常用药物大黄，结合活血化淤理论，辅以川芎制成的复方制剂。其组方简单、合理，临床应用多年，对胆囊炎等疾患具有显著疗效。为了进一步阐明其药效机制，我们利用动物实验观察了该方药利胆消炎的药理作用，并与单味中药大黄作了对比。 　　1 器材 　　1.1 动物 　　昆明种小鼠，雄性，体重18～22 g。Wi
