膝关节疼痛的诊断与鉴别诊断（Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of knee pain） Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of knee pain The evaluation of knee pain was 1, medical history 2, physical examination 3, imaging examination 4, laboratory examination Medical history Pain characteristics - Attack: fast, slow, hidden - Location: anterior, posterior, medial, lateral, and non positioning Duration: continuous pain, intermittent pain - severity (degree) - Nature: blunt pain, tingling, rest pain, physical pain, aggravating or relieving nocturnal pain - acute injuries: can they continue to move or load after an injury, or have to stop because of the pain? Mechanical symptoms - interlocking: meniscus rupture, loose body - burst sound: ligament injuries - sound of sound: meniscus rupture - weak knee instability (rupture of patellar subluxation, ligament, meniscus) Swelling and effusion Acute (2 hours), large and high tension: ligament tear or intraarticular fracture (hematoma) Chronic (24~36 hours), mild, moderate: meniscus injuries or ligament injuries - recurrent after injury: meniscus injury Damage mechanism - is it direct violence? - does the foot land? - whether the emergency stop or slow or fast or sharp side shift? Do you jump up and down? - is there torque? - are there any stretching powers?
