薄膜衣颗粒剂制备工艺探究 　【摘要】 目的优化薄膜包衣的最佳工艺条件，提高颗粒剂的稳定性。方法用正交实验的方法筛选薄膜包衣的最佳条件，并通过外观、粒度、溶化性、防潮性试验，进行对比研究。结果对颗粒进行薄膜包衣可提高颗粒剂的稳定性，降低不良气味。结论包衣工艺可行，可供大工业生产参考。 【关键词】 颗粒剂 薄膜包衣 正交实验 Abstract：ObjectiveTo determine the optimum condition of film coating. MethodsOrthogonal test method was adopted to find the best conditions of film coating and its appeara, granularity,sexual melting and water resistance were investigated. ResultsFilm coating for granule could improve the stability of granule and lower the bad odor. ConclusionThis coating technology is feasible and can provide a referene to the production. Key word
