蔓性千斤拔总黄酮提取工艺探究 　作者：年晓莉, 徐海波，王明煜，王慧竹，关铭 【摘要】 　　目的蔓性千斤拔总黄酮提取工艺优选。方法以浸膏得率和总黄酮含量为评价指标，利用正交实验L9(34)考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果蔓性千斤拔总黄酮含量的最佳水提工艺为以1∶30倍水量，于75℃条件下水提3 h，共提取3次。结论水提时间对蔓性千斤拔总黄酮的提取有较大影响。该方法工艺合理，为工业化大生产提供参考。 【关键词】 蔓性千斤拔 总黄酮 水提法 正交实验 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo select the maximal suitable technology of extracting total flavonoids from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis.MethodsThe extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with L9(34).The extract yield and the total flavonoids content were evaluated as markers for the purpose.ResultsThe optimum process was to add 1∶30 times water, s
