蛔虫性肠梗阻中西医结合分期治疗探析 　［摘要］ 目的 探讨中西医结合分期治疗蛔虫性肠梗阻，指导临床。方法 对98例蛔虫性肠梗阻患者，随机分为中西医结合分期治疗组（A组）49例，对照组（传统治疗组B组）49例进行治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率98%，对照组总有效率68%。无论近期及远期疗效，治疗组均较对照组佳，两组疗效比较，差异有非常显著性（P≤0.01）。结论 蛔虫性肠梗阻中西医结合分期治疗是一种好的方法，实用性、指导性强，易于掌握。 ［关键词］ 蛔虫性肠梗阻;中西医结合;分期治疗 Stage therapeutics of ascaris intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine LING Wei.Department of General Surgery，The Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University，Hengyang 421900，China ［Abstract］ Objective To explore stage therapeutics of ascaris intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional and Western
