青蒿多糖抗肿瘤作用实验探究 　【摘要】 　　目的研究青蒿多糖（HQG）的抗肿瘤作用。方法考察HQG的急性毒性实验，考察HQG对移植性肿瘤Eac，Heps，S180的抑制作用。结果HQG的急性毒性为347.769 8，HQG100 mg/kg剂量组对小鼠移植瘤Eac，Heps和S180的抑瘤率分别可达到51.19%，56.75%，46.41%。结论HQG的急性毒性小，HQG可显著抑制小鼠移植瘤Eac，Heps和S180的生长，具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。 【关键词】 青蒿 多糖 抗肿瘤 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effect of anti-tumor of polysaccharides from Artemisia annua L.(HQG).
