骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇对骨髓增生异常综合征诊断价值 　　　摘要　目的　探讨骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇的出现对骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）的诊断价值。方法　对51例MDS和50例其他血液病以及50例急性白血病患者骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇的阳性率进行分析比较。结果　MDS患者骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇的阳性率明显高于其他血液病患者（P＜0.01），但是低于急性白血病患者（P＜0.05）。结论　骨髓小粒中幼稚细胞簇的检查对MDS的诊断具有重要的参考价值。 Diagnostic significance of precursor clusters from 　　bone marrow smear in myelodysplastic syndrome 　　Abstract　Objective　To determine the clinical significance of preursor clusters from bone marrow smear in myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).
