高效液相色谱法测定三金胶囊中积雪草苷含量 　【摘要】目的建立测定三金胶囊中积雪草苷的高效液相色谱法（HPLC）含量分析方法。方法以C18柱，乙腈水为流动相，采用梯度洗脱，流速为1.0ml/min，检测波长205nm。结果积雪草苷的峰与其他色谱峰分离良好，在0.0338～0.5408mg/ml范围内线性良好，回归方程为y=2×106x+1704.7（r=1），平均回收率为98.63%；RSD=0.76%（n=5）。结论该方法简便，结果准确，适用于三金胶囊质量的控制。 【关键词】高效液相法梯度洗脱三金胶囊积雪草苷 ［Abstract］ Objective To establish a method which can determine the asiaticoside in Sanjin softgelatin capsule.Methods Using C18 reversedphase column，mobile phase as acetonitrilewater with gradient elution，the velocity of flow was 1.0 ml/min，detection wavelength was at 205 nm.Results Asiaticoside was separated well from other ingredie
