麋鹿角醇提液对衰老小鼠抗氧化作用 　 作者：秦红兵 杨朝晔 熊存全 朱清 【摘要】 　　目的观察麋鹿角醇提液对D-半乳糖（D-gal）诱导衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法取ICR小鼠54只，雌雄兼用，随机分成4组：正常对照组（NG，n=12），模型对照组（MG，n=14），麋鹿角醇提液低剂量组（LG，2 g·kg-1·d-1，n=14），麋鹿角醇提液高剂量组（HG，4 g·kg-1·d-1，n=14）。正常对照组给予背部皮下注射生理盐水，其余各组用D-半乳糖（D-gal）按120 mg·kg-1·d-1背部皮下注射6周，造成亚急性衰老模型。造模同时，麋鹿角醇提液低剂量组和高剂量组分别给予相应浓度的麋鹿角醇提液，正常对照组和模型对照组给予相同容积的0.5% 羧甲基纤维素钠（CMC）。然后测定小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力和丙二醛（MDA）含量，并测定脑中的脂褐质（LP）含量以及肝中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）活性。结果模型小鼠血清中SOD以及肝中GSH-Px活力均下降，血清中MDA以及脑中的LP含量均升高；而麋鹿角醇提液能提高衰老小鼠血清中SOD的活力，并减少血清中MDA及脑中LP含量。结论麋鹿角醇提液对D-gal诱导衰老小鼠具有抗氧化作用。 【关键词】 麋鹿角 衰老模型 D-半乳糖 抗氧化 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the antioxidation of Elk antlers ethanolic extract on aging model mice induced by D-galactose. Methods54 ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (NG, n=12), model control group (MG，n=14), low-dose drug treatment group (LG，2 g·kg-1·d-1，n=14), high-dose drug treatment group (HG，4 g·kg-1·d-1，n=14).NG was subcutaneously injected with saline, other groups were given subcutaneously injection of D-galactose (D-gal) at 120 mg/kg per day for six weeks to produce subacute aging model. At the same time LG was orally administered Elk antlers ethanolic extract at dose 2 g/kg and HG at 4 g/kg per day. NG and MG were given orally the same volume 0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium. Then the activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD）and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum were detected. The lipofuscin content in brain and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in liver were determined.ResultsThe activities of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased and the contents of MDA and LP were increased in model mice. Elk antlers ethanolic extract could enhance the SOD activity and reduce the content of MDA and LP in model mice.
