不稳定型心绞痛患者高敏Ｃ－反应蛋白变化水平观察 　【摘要】 目的 通过测定不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris，UAP)患者心绞痛入院后及经正规治疗心绞痛缓解后血清高敏C-反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，hs-CRP)水平的变化情况，以探讨其与心绞痛发作之间的关系。方法 测定81例于本院诊断为不稳定型心绞痛患者入院后及经过治疗后病情相对稳定时的hs-CRP水平。并与同时期在门诊体检者中选取的健康对照组及稳定型心绞痛组进行比较。 结果 各组间hs-CRP水平：正常对照组(2.74±0.76)mg/L；稳定型心绞痛组(4.06±0.92)mg/L；治疗前组(7.64±2.03)mg/L；治疗后组(5.41±1.39)mg/L。治疗前组与正常对照组及稳定型心绞痛组比较差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.01)；治疗前后两组比较差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论 以上结果表明hs-CRP和UAP的发生有关系，所有心绞痛患者的hs-CRP水平均高于正常对照组，尤其在心绞痛发作时更是显著升高，hs-CRP可能在不稳定型心绞痛的发生、发展中起到一定的作用，早期干预可能会减少急性心血管事件的发生。 　　【关键词】 高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)；不稳定型心绞痛(UAP) 　　【Abstract】 Objective To assess the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with the unstable angina pectoris(UAP) compared with non-UAP[including stable angina pectoris(SAP) and heathy volunteers]，evaluating the effect of hs-CRP in UAP.Methods The serum hs-CRP level was measured in 86 patients with diagnoses as unstable angina pectoris.In the mean time，45 SAP and 34 heathy volunteers(the normal group) were chosen as contrast in clinic.Results The level of serum hs-CRP in each group was as follows：the normal group：( 2.74±0.76)mg/L；the SAP group：(4.06±0.92)mg/L；in UAP group ，the before cured group：(7.64±2.03)mg/L；the cured group：(5.41±1.39)mg/L.The comparisons between before cured group and normal group，SAP group were significant(Plt;0.05).The comparison between before cured group and cured group was significant(Plt;0.01) .Conclusions These results partially illustrate the hs-CRP was associated with UAP，hs-CRP levels were higher in UAP group and SAP group compared with the normal group，especially in the patients before cured.Hs-CRP may play important roles in the development unstable angina pectoris.The increase of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was related to the patients with UAP，early intervention may prevent the incidence of cardiovascular events. 　　【Key words】 High-sensitivity C-reactive protein；Unstable angina pectoris 　　 　　不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)是介于稳定型心绞痛(SAP)和典型心肌梗死(A
