手术切除联合羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉临床探究 　【摘要】 目的 探讨手术切除联合羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床价值。方法 对36例（36眼）手术后复发的翼状胬肉，在手术显微镜下切除胬肉及有关病变组织，同时行人羊膜移植术。结果 36例全部成功，随访12~24个月，2例复发，复发率为5.56%。结论 复发性翼状胬肉手术切除联合羊膜移植效果好，复发率低。 【关键词】 复发性；翼状胬肉；羊膜移植 　　Abstract： Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of amniotic membrane transplantion combining operation resection on the treatment of recurrent pterygium.Methods total of 36 patents (36 eyes) with recurrent pterygium were treated with operation resection and amniotic membrane transplantation under microscope.
