手指点穴提高恶性肿瘤患者生存质量临床观察 　【摘要】 目的 通过临床观察，评价手指点穴治疗恶性肿瘤在提高生存质量方面的临床疗效。方法 采用随机对照方法，记录治疗组和对照组治疗前后生存质量积分，评价治疗前后生存质量改善情况。结果与结论 治疗组生存质量积分提高30％，对照组生存质量积分提高10％，两组比较差异有显著性，即支持及对症治疗联合手指点穴可明显提高晚期恶性肿瘤的生存质量，值得临床推广。 【关键词】 点穴；恶性肿瘤；生存质量 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of acupoint pressure in improving quality of life （QOL） for malignant patients.Methods Patients were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups to record the index of QOL and value QOL before and after treatment between the two groups respectively.Results The index of QOL was improved by 30% and 10% in the treatment a
