摘 要 第三方物流，即物流外包，是一种创新的物流管理模式，是未来物流发展的方向。其实质是企业和物流服务商之间的一种“委托——代理”关系。在我国第三方物流发展迅速，但还存在着起步晚、经验少、形成结构不完善等问题。由于委托方和代理方之间存在着信息不对称、信息扭曲，以及市场环境变化的不确定性，导致企业在实施物流运作过程中面临着多种风险，可以归结为与托运人、分包商的违约责任风险和与社会公众及环境之间的侵权责任风险。我国必须转变传统观念，树立物流理念；深化企业改革，实现制度创新；制定统一的全国物流产业发展规划；以信息技术应用为核心，加快物流人才培养，实施人才战略。 本文首先分析了第三方物流背景和存在的问题，并对物流及第三方物流的概念进行了重新概括总结，从而对第三方物流有一个整体把握与了解；之后对第三方物流的优越性和现状进行全面描述分析；文章重点之处是将第三方物流风险分为三类，分别为第三方物流企业与托运人、与分包商、与社会公众之间可能存在的风险并提出切合实际的防范对策。最后，以广西玉柴物流集团有限公司为实例，将其存在的风险与防范措施相结合，运用前文得出的结论，加以论证。 关键词：第三方物流；风险；防范对策 Abstract Third party logistics, or logistics outsourcing, is an innovative logistics management is the future direction of logistics development.
