基于主动数据库技术的医院收费系统的设计与开发摘 要 基于主动数据库，能够自动判断内部或外部的数据状态变化当变化符合主动触发条件时，立即响应操作命令，自动保护和检测这是的发展趋势。数据库ABSTRACT The hospital charge management system based on active database technology can inspect the change of inner or outer data,if the change matches trigger condition,it will respond the opertion command immediately,porotect and inspect charge data,realize automatic maintenance of integrality and consistency and satisfy requirement of real time information management.It’s the development direction of hospital charge management system. This system includes the outpatient registration, outpatient charge and inpatient charge. Based on the requirement analyse, the system design principle and design idea is determined. Combined functional characteristic of every part and practice requirement, the development program of hospital charge management is designed detailedly,including patient registration, patient charge and hospital charge development program, and database and system security are also designed. In the data-manage layer, the trigger of SQL Server 2000 is used to actively analyze the data and check the validity of data.In order to guarantee quality and dependability of software,fuction test is processed and problems is found and desolved in time. In this paper, active database theory and the development of the hospital charge management system based on active database technology is discussed. Keywords：ctive Database Technology, Hospital Charge System, Trigger, Test 目 录 引 言 伴随着信息化时代的来临，信息管理系统在各行各业得到了越来越广泛的应用。医院信息系统(Hospital Information System，简称HIS)就是在这样一种情况下发展起来的。通过应用医院信息系统，实现医院管理的现代化，提高工作效率，更好地为病人服务。同时，结合医疗和管理过程的实际需要，将信息作为医院的一项重要资源，集中管理，提高管理水平，辅助决策，使医院经济朝着高效益、高质量的方向发展。 医院收费系统是医院信息系统的子系统，它不仅要求准确无误地保留有关经济数据，而且要求迅速可靠地采用各种数据信息进行综合分析和决策。计算机所具有的数字化技术和交互式的处理能力，使其能对数据庞大、程序繁杂的各类信息进行综合处理，从而为医院经济管理的运行提供决策依据[13]。 以前医院收费管理中存在的问题主要有以下几点： (1)医院仍然沿用计划经济体制下的机构设置和人员管理模式，在这种条件下，经济管理人员素质不高，地位不高，参与医院经济管理决策的意识不强，医院管理者无法准确及时获得经营过程中的经济信息，造成医院经营管理的滞后和被动。 (2)医院管理者缺乏有效的经济管理模式，缺少科学、准确的经济与
