--------------- ------------------------------ 毕 业 论 文 缩写稿 题目：年产15万吨碳酸氢铵工厂设计 学 生： 学 号： 1111111111111 院 （系）： 化学与化工学院 专 业： 化学工程与工艺 指导教师： 1111111111111 2008 年6 月 20 日 11111111111111 （111111111111111111111111111111111） 摘 要：碳酸氢铵是我国独自开发的氮肥工业品种,问世以来对我国的工农业生产作出了重要贡献。几十年的生产实践,使我们对碳铵的农化特性、工业技术经济和农业效益都有了深入的了解,也对碳铵和碳铵生产企业面临的困境有着清醒的认识。本设计是年产15万吨碳酸氢铵厂的工艺设计，但由于碳酸氢铵的整个生产工艺较长，细节问题较多，鉴于设计时间的紧迫，本设计主要对碳酸氢铵的主要工段——合成工段进行了工艺计算、设备选型，并绘制了全厂平面布置图、碳酸氢铵工艺流程示意图、合成工段带控制点工艺流程图、合成工段物料流程图、合成车间的立面图和平面图。 关键词：碳酸氢铵，工艺，图 Design of ammonium bicarbonate factory with 150,000 ton produces yearly Abstract: Since being published，the ammonium bicarbonate has been the nitrogenous fertilizer industry variety which our country independently develops, has played the important contribution to our countrys industry and agriculture production. Production, with several dozens years’ practicing, caused us had the thorough understanding on agriculture characteristic of the ammonium carbonate, the industrial technology economy and the agricultural benefit, also had the sober understanding on the difficulties which the ammonium carbonate and its production enterprise faced.This design is a technological design of ammonium bicarbonate factories with 150,000 ton produces yearly, but as a result of its long entire production process, too many detail questions, in view of the urgency of the design time, this design mainly focused on the main section——the synthesis section, containning technology calculation,the equipment selection and draw the floor-plan of entire factory, technical process schematic drawing of all, flow chart of controlled points in the synthesis section, flow chart of the materials, the elevation and the horizontal plan of synthesis workshop.
