护生及全国青年常模和大学生常模的心理健康状况好。护理硕士心理健康中的“强迫症 状”、“人际关系敏感”、“抑郁”和“其他”四个因子的症状检出率相对其它因子较高。 2 、人际适应性不良，心理弹性差，身体素质不佳、学业压力大、读研前为大专学 历是护理硕士心理健康的危险因素。对护理硕士进行人际交往培训、提高读研前为大专 学历护理硕士的自尊心和自信心，可提高其人际适应性；培养护理硕士合理认知思维模 式，安排其参加社会实践、临床实习或教学实践，可提高护理硕士的心理弹性；督促护 理硕士积极参加体育锻炼并养成良好的生活习惯以塑造健康的身体素质，以及加强对护 理硕士科研上的指导和关心以适当减轻其学业压力，不仅可提高护理硕士的心理弹性， 而且对减轻多个心理症状有积极作用。 关键词：护理，心理健康，社会适应，影响因素，护理学硕士研究生 III ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of psychological health of nursing postgraduates and analyze its influencing factors especially the influence of social adaptation ability to provide a scientific basis for the psychological health education of nursing postgraduates. Methods 238 nursing postgraduates from 15 universities of China were surveyed through cluster random sampling method. The survey tools including symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), social adaptation questionnaire (SAQ) and a self-designed questionnaire containing age, sex, marital status, work experience, physical condition, academic pressure and so on. 276 questionnaires were sent out, and 238 effective questionnaires were collected eventually and the effective rate was 86.2 ％. SPSS 11.5 package was used to set up a database and the data was analyzed with t test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), rank-sum test, spearman correlation analysis, logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
