毕业论文 （20_ _届） FDI 对浙江省出口贸易的影响研究 摘 要 外商直接投资（FDI）在全球经济活动中发挥着特殊的作用，它的作用也越来越大。它可以给公司提供新的市场和销售渠道，更廉价的生产设备，获得新的技术，产品和融资。对于东道国或被投资的外国公司，外商直接投资可以提供一系列的新技术、资金、产品和管理经验，因此可以有力地推动经济的发展。外商直接投资，其经典的定义是指一个公司在一国有实物投资又到另一个国家建立另外一个工厂。在建筑，机械和设备的直接投资，这被认为是间接投资的对比。随着全球经济一体化趋势的不断加强、跨国公司的大规模扩张以及国际分工的进一步深化，外商直接投资对经济发展产生了广泛、深刻的影响，与此同时，外商直接投资与国际贸易之间相互影响的趋势也越来越明显。浙江省在利用外资与出口贸易也达到了一定的规模，质量逐步提高。2000年以来，浙江省引进FDI规模的增长十分迅速。2000年，浙江实际利用FDI只占全国总量的。2003年实际利用FDI金额已经上升到了，到了2007年，该比重更是上升至。在这八年里，浙江实际利用外资金额年平均增长率远远高于全国。但是也存在着利用外商直接投资总量偏少，各区域面临资源危机，缺乏外商合作的产业链和技术人才等问题。这需要浙江省进行进一步的引进外资，优化产业结构，并且提高自主创新能力，并且促进东西部的平衡发展。 关键词  Abstract Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an extraordinary and growing role in global business. It can provide a firm with new markets and marketing channels, cheaper production facilities, access to new technology, products, skills and financing. For a host country or the foreign firm which receives the investment, it can provide a source of new technologies, capital, processes, products, organizational technologies and management skills, and as such can provide a strong impetus to economic development. Foreign direct investment, in its classic definition, is defined as a company from one country making a physical investment into building a factory in another country. The direct investment in buildings, machinery and equipment is in contrast with making a portfolio investment, which is considered an indirect investment. With the trend of global economic integration strengthening, the massive expansion of transnational corporations and the further deepening of international division of labor, foreign direct investment have influence on economic development, the same time, foreign direct investment and international trade between mutual influence of the trend has become increasingly evident. Zhejiang Province in the use of foreign investment and export trade has reached a certain scale, the quality gradually improved. Since 2000, Zhejiang Province used the FDI growing very rapidly.
