基于LCC的FSE模型在商业地产项目决策中的应用

摘要：针对全寿命周期成本(LifeCycleCost，LCC)理论的优越性和应用障碍，从定性
的角度探讨了LCC理论应用于商业地产的可行性，进一步分析了LCC在方案
评选中的不足之处，构建了基于全寿命周期成本理论的FSE(模糊综合评判)
模型，对满足项目定位和运营模式的策划方案进行比选，为项目的投资决策提
供依据。
