团购是近几年兴起的一种全新的电子商务模式,是一定数量的消费者通过一定的形式集合购物的消费方式。本论文简要介绍了网络团购的现状,重点旨在通过对近年来一些文献的研究及团购市场的数据情形进行分析,分别从消费者在意的价格、信息和质量安全等方面以及商家重视的成本、客户、渠道等列出团购的优势与风险,以便电子商务环境下消费者能更方便、更安全地参与团购这种电子商务运作模式,商家能更有目的有条理地参与市场竞争。论文最后根据前述的优势与风险,从突破渠道、加强意识、开启新模式等方面提出相应建议,给予消费者与商家一些帮助,为推动国内网络团购市场良性发展提供借鉴。

Abstract
Group purchase is a new e-commerce mode these years, it is a certain number of consumers shopping together through some form. This paper briefly introduces the current situation of network group purchase, the emphases is to analyze and research literature and data which in group purchase market these years, listing the advantages and risks of the group purchase which that consumers care about like price, information and quality safety, as well as the business value like customer, cost, distribution channel etc., so that consumers can participate in group purchase which is a new kind of electronic commerce operation mode more convenient and safely, and businesses can participate in market competition more objective and organized in electronic commerce environment. Finally, according to the advantage and risk of the aforementioned, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of breakthrough channels, strengthen consciousness, to open a new pattern, to give some help to consumers and businesses, for providing reference to promote the healthy development of market of domestic network group purchase.
