明胶纤维网止血效果的临床观察（Clinical observation of hemostatic effect of gelatin fiber mesh） Clinical observation of hemostatic effect of gelatin fiber mesh Update: 2011-01-18 Liu Suniu Kim Ge Hengjiang Liu Huaiqiong Abstract: Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of gelatin mesh on different bleeding wounds. Methods (1) clinical observation of 350 cases of emergency trauma and surgical bleeding patients, according to the nature of bleeding, divided into superficial wound bleeding, deep wound bleeding and parenchymal organ bleeding 3 categories. The hemostatic time of 3 kinds of hemostatic materials, including gelatin fiber network (GF), oxidized cellulose (OC) and gelatin sponge (GS), were observed and compared with those of medical gauze. (2) the structures of the 3 hemostatic materials were observed by scanning electron microscope. Results (1) there was no significant difference in the time of hemostasis between the superficial wounds (P 0.05). There was a significant difference in the hemostatic time between the GF group and the deep wound GS group (OC, 0.05) (P. But there was no significant difference in the effective rates of GF, OC and GS in the visceral oozing wound (P0.05). (2) scanning electron microscopy showed that GF was dense network structure, and the structures of OC and GS were larger. Conclusion the gelatin fiber mesh is compact, so the hemostatic effect of the deep wound is better than that of the loose oxidized cellulose and gelatin sponge.
