2 数字内容产业园区建设研究 中文摘要 数字内容产业园区建设研究 中文摘要 数字内容产业已经成为信息产业的新兴增长点，建设数字内容产业园区可以有力 推动该产业高效发展。建设数字内容产业园区来推动数字内容产业的发展已成为了一 项亟待解决的重大课题。 本文在总结国内外数字内容产业园区研究成果的基础上，通过分析国内数字内容 产业园区的建设现状，发现了我国数字内容产业园区发展中存在功能定位不清、产业 同构现象严重、产业链不完整、公共平台建设缺失以及高端人才匮乏的问题，提出了 优化整合园区资源、完善政策法规体系、注重园区规划、构建产业服务平台以及完善 人才培养体系等旨在促进我国数字内容产业园区建设和发展的对策；以苏州为例，对 苏州数字内容产业园区的发展进行了分析，并对苏州建设综合性数字内容产业园区进 行了规划，试图为新时期建设数字内容产业园提供实证。 关键词：数字内容产业；园区；苏州；建设；问题；对策 作 者：陆 琳 指导老师：王雅戈 I 英文摘要 数字内容产业园区建设研究 Research on Establishment Strategies of Digital Content Industry Parks Abstract While the digital content industry surely is booming ，how to promote the development of the digital content industry through the construction of the digital content industry park , which is one of the important ways of the development of digital content industry, has become a major issue to be solved.
