2×10000m3甲醇罐区安全设计及安全评价 摘 要 根据设计要求，同时结合甲醇的理化性质及危险性，对甲醇储罐进行选型、选材，并对储罐进行基本设计，如储罐的尺寸规格，罐顶、罐底及浮盘的设计，储罐强度计算。并且结合内浮顶罐自身的特点，对储罐的安全附件进行合理选择和设计。对于整个罐区，进行合理的选址，罐区中各建筑物按照防火间距合理布局。对罐区中各安全设施进行完整的设计，有防火堤的尺寸设计，消防水池及泵房设计，消防车道的布置等。最后，运用两种评价方法，事故树分析法和道化学法，对所做的罐区设计的可靠性和有效性进行安全评价。 关键词：甲醇 储罐 罐区设计 危险有害因素 安全评价 2 × 10000m3 methanol tank farm safety design and safety assessment ABSTRACT According to design requirements, combined the physical and chemical properties of the methanol with the risk of the methanol , the methanol storage tank will be Selected the Shape and materials. the methanol storage tank will also be made the basic design, such as the size of the tank,the top of the tank, the bottom of the tank , the design of the floating plate and the strength calculations of the tank. With own characteristics of internal floating roof tank, the safety accessories of the tank should be selected and designed reasonably. For the tank farm, selected a reasonable location, the fire interval of the tank farm amony the buildings should be designed according to the rational distribution. Safety facilities in each tank farm will be designed completely, such as the size of a fire dike, fire water , pumping station and the arrangement of the fire road. Finally, using two evaluation methods, fault tree analysis and Dow Chemical method, the tank farm be made the reliability and validity safety assessment.
