First, the private school allegedly(据说) arranged the spring outing(春游) without permission from the local education department. Second, the so-called school buses merely could operate in the urban and had no qualification of cross-regional(跨地域) operation. In April 10th, they chose to take a shortcut in order to get away from the police’s inspection. ;The last reason is the bad weather. It was rainy on April 10th , but the headmaster didn’t postpone the spring outing. I want to ask some questions? Why did he ask the permission from the local educational department? Why didn’t he put off the outing? If he had done so, it would have been a happy outing. But now, it is a tragedy. ;The accidents involve school buses;In April 2012, more than 30 students coming back from an outing in Pinghu, Zhejiang province, were injured when their bus overturned on a highway. In Dec 2011, an accident involving a school bus in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, killed 15 and injured multiple primary school students. ;What do you think of the tragedy?;Comments;Sounds like the driver was driving too fast around a corner and rolled the vehicle(打滑翻车). Stupid. But why were the children not forced to wear seatbelts?? Is this not the law in China? Unlikely to have any deaths if you are wearing seatbelts.
