Comparing with blank Group ; sham-operated group ; model group ; model with electroacupuncture quchi and zusanli group, the differences are significant P0.01 or P0.05 . Conclusion: Electroacupuncture renzhong and neiguan can inhibit the expression of NO NOS and ET-1 in serum and brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia effectively. Consequently, relieve the neural function obstruction and prevent the deterioration of the disease. It indicates that inhibition the expression of NO NOS and ET-1 may be one of the pre-protective mechanism of electroacupuncture renzhong and neiguan of rats in acute cerebral ischemia.
