M ethods The e ffect o f g insenoside R g3 at different concentrations on adhes ion and ung m etastasis o f b adder carcinoma ce w as detected by optica dens itom etr ic m ethod and m etastasis mode in v itro. Invas ion o f tum or w as observed afte r 18 days w ith different con- centrations R g3 in v ivo and to detect the invasive stage by patho og ica g rad ing.
