全程陪伴分娩临床应用及效果观察 　［摘要］ 目的 通过全程陪伴分娩服务模式的应用，为产妇提供人性化的护理，并观察其效果。方法 将在我院住院分娩的520例产妇(2003年7月～2005年1月)实施全程陪伴分娩，并作为观察组。将178例(2003年1～6月)传统分娩护理的产妇作为对照组，观察对比两组产妇的心理状况、分娩方式以及母婴产时产后并发症情况。结果 观察组的负性心理反应、胎儿宫内窘迫率明显低于对照组，自然分娩率明显高于对照组，P均lt;0.01。阴道手术产率、剖宫产率、产程延长率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论 全程陪伴分娩模式在减轻心理反应、降低产后出血率、缩短产程、减少母婴并发症方面明显优于传统的分娩护理模式，能明显提高产科护理质量。 ［关键词］ 分娩;全程陪伴;临床应用;效果 Clinical application and effect observation of whole process accompany delivery ［Abstract］ Objective Through using the pattern of the whole process accompanies delivery，provide lying-in woman with personalization，gain the effect by servation.Methods Choose 520 lying-in women in our hospital(July 2003～January 2005)to make the whole process accompanies delivering into practice，as observation group.At the same time，choose 178 lying-in women received our service from January to June in 2003，as control group.Then observe and compare the two groups in psychology status of the lying-in women，delivery mode，as well as the syndrome during and after vaginal delivery.Results The rate of their negative mental reaction and the embryo in uterus embarrassment in observation group are much lower than coutrol group，and the natural childbirth rate much higher than control group (equally Plt;0.01).The rate of the vaginal operation delivery，caesarean section，process extending，postpartum hemorrhage and the suffocation of newborn baby in observation group，are lower than that in control group (equally Plt;0.05).Conclusion Exerting the pattern of whole process accompanies delivery is better than the traditional childbirth nursing pattern in relieving mental reaction，decreasing the rate of postpartum hemorrhage，shortening the process of delivery and reducing the syndrome of mother and baby，and can improve the obstetrical nursing mass obviously. ［Key words］ deliver;whole process-accompany;clinical application;effect 围产保健特别是产时保健直接关系到母婴安全，怎样确保母婴安全和健康、提高产时服务质量是每一个从事助产工作者必须思考和研究的主题。我院妇产科从2003年7月开始将全程陪伴分娩服务模式应用于临床，取得满意的效果，现总结分析如
