It is a fresh thing to China and people all concentrate on the special zone.This article will discuss the birth international background and the domestic development of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone based on the international trade policy and international economic and technological cooperation theory.Discussion on China chose Shanghai as the first test area of free trade causes and significance of building a free trade zone.Reference Shanghai Free Trade Portal and governments overall reform program to international economics and international investment as the theoretical basis to discuss and summarize the regional Shanghai FTZ This new special supervision district development foundation, the focus of development, development direction and development models.We summary the Shanghai FTZ development after nearly two years and study the impact on regional and related industries.Analysis the FTZ greatly expand liberalization measures may bring problems, threats and responses in the face of this threat.I
