毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 基于SLP的福州台钻厂金工车间布局设计 学 生： 吴 继 贵 指导老师： 系 别： 经济管理系 专 业： 物流管理 班 级： 物流管理0701 学 号： 0507106110 基于SLP的福州台钻厂金工车间布局设计 摘 要：生产物流是企业物流的重点，但是目前国内外许多中小型企业的物流并没有收到很大的重视。实际上，通过SLP这种方法可以解决企业的物流规划问题。SLP的思想主要强调，作业的密切程度和作业单位的综合接近程度，并通过作业的密切度、作业的综合接近度来以及实际因素来进行设施及设备的空间布局。 本文首先阐述了设施规划的含义以及选题的背景，并通过期刊查阅发现目前对中小型企业在物流设施规划方面的研究依然是比较薄弱的。本文着重介绍了中小型企业布局的特点、模式及中小型企业布局的目标。通过实地考察金工车间的布局的不合理现象，根据现代车间生产系统的布局理论，本文采用了SLP的方法对金工车间进行了新的布局，并得出了比较科学合理的布局方案。最后通过综合评价法，对所产生的方案进行了评价，选出最优的改进方案。 由于所选课题具有一定的代表性，希望能够为其他相类似的中小企业的生产车间的物流设施及设备的布局提供一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：系统布局，SLP设施规划，系统设计。 Metalworking workshop layout design of a factory Abstract: Production logistics is one of the most important part of a logistic system of a company, but many small and medium enterprises, home and abroad, and do not pay considerable attention to the logistic system layout. In fact, this method can help solve these problems of logistics enterprises by SLP. SLP put much emphasis on the relationship on both the operating level and operating units during the process of producing. Through taking the intimation of different and comprehensive producing unites and practical factors into consideration, we should give a new design layout of a factory. This paper describes the meaning of facilities planning and its background. Accessing through the journals, home and abroad, we could found that current research on the planning of logistics facilities small and medium enterprises is still relatively weak. Considering this, this paper describes the layout characteristics, model, and the layout the small and medium enterprises. Through visiting of the target factory, and using the modern layout theory, we use the method of SLP for the new workshop layout, which help get a relatively scientific and reasonable layout program for the company.
