脊椎骨转移瘤的mri诊断（MRI diagnosis of spinal metastases） MRI diagnosis of spinal metastases Update Date: 12-07 #e# [keyword] spinal column; metastasis tumor; MRI diagnosis Keyword: spine; metastatic tumor; MRI diagnosis Spine metastases predilection site, early diagnosis and timely treatment is very important to reduce the possible compression of the spinal cord, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with MRI, because of its unique imaging and good soft tissue, plays an important role in the diagnosis of bone metastasis, review literature 1 ~ 6. In this paper, 24 cases of spinal metastases were analyzed, aimed to investigate the MRI features of spinal metastases, and make some reflections on misdiagnosis. 1 materials and methods 1.1 general data: there were 24 cases of metastatic tumors in this group, 16 males, with an average age of 57.3 (39~79) years old, and 8 females, with an average age of 55.6 (43~76) years. Among them, 22 cases were confirmed by clinic or pathology, including 12 cases of lung cancer, 3 cases of breast cancer, 2 cases of prostate cancer and 2 cases of renal carcinoma, 1 cases of esophageal cancer, thyroid cancer and rectal cancer, respectively. 1.2 methods: HITACHI 0.3TMR imaging, spine surface coil, SET2WI, T1WI and GRE the T2WI T2WI:TR4000 TE125 FOV300 FA90 5mm thickness 1 NSA4 interval freq288 phase 224 T1WI:TR 400 TE 25 GRE:TR700 TE35 FOV200 FA30 256 * 384 matrix acquisition. This group of cases will be evaluated from the following aspects: (1) the distribution of bone destruction; the form and characteristics of bone destruction; the spinal canal involvement and pathological fracture. 2 Result Of the 24 cases with bone metastasis, 21 of them were diagnosed correctly, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as tuberculosis, and 1 cases were misdiagnosed as myeloma. Of the 21 cases with correct diagnosis, 69 lesions were detected, 38 thoracic vertebrae were involved, followed by the lumbar and cervical vertebrae, all the appendages were invol
