Methods with baicalin as index by orthogonal design method, using UV visible light spectrophotometer, the bleeding throat capsule percolation extraction process were optimized. The results of adding 6 times amount of 80% ethanol in medicine, soaking for 24 h, 96 h percolation, the yield of baicalin reached (12.24 + 2.691)%; RSD=1.18% stability test; precision RSD=0.788% (n=6); recovery experiment, the average recovery was 98.9%, RSD=1.10%. Conclusion the optimum percolation extraction process is stable and feasible. Keywords: bleeding throat capsule; percolation method; baicalin Research on the Percolation Extract Process of N Yan Capsules Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the Percolation Extract Method of N Capsules.MethodsBy the orthogonal design and Yan Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrophotometry, taking the gain rate of Baicalin as the index.The Percolation extract process was optimized.ResultsThe factors influencing the alcohol-percolation were as follows:6 times amount of 80% alcohol was added, soaked for 24hours and percolated for 96hours, the gain rate of baicalin came up to (12.24 + 2.691)%; the RSD% of precision experiments (baicalin) was 0.788 (n=6); the average recovery of baicalin was 98.9%, RSD% was 1.10; the RSD% of stabilize experiments (baicalin) was 1.18.ConclusionThe optimized process is stable and feasible.
