WORLD CHINESEMEDICINE January2017，Vo1．12，No．1 中医药防治糖尿病及其并发症研究述评 赵进喜 王世东。 黄为钧 (I北京中医药大学东直 门医院，北京，100700；2北京中医药大学，北京，100029) 摘要 纵览中医药防治糖尿病及其并发症现状，展望中医药防治糖尿病及其并发症前景。综述古今文献，评述中医药防 治糖尿病及其并发症研究现状，强调糖尿病病位在脾 胃肝 肾，基本病机为热伤气阴，应重视清热益气养阴治法。而糖尿病 并发症则存在络脉瘀结，“微型瘢瘕”形成病机 ，应重视散结消聚治法。中医药防治糖尿病及糖尿病 肾脏病、视 网膜病变、 糖尿病足等，卓有成效，但仍存在诸多问题。应重视文献研究与名老中医经验传承 ，明确 中医优势领域，科学评价中医综 合治疗与个体化治疗优势，促进理论创新。 关键词 糖尿病 ；糖尿病肾脏病 ；微血管病变；中医药；研究进展 Review ofTCM TreatmentforDiabetesandItsComplications ZhaoJinxi，WangShidong，HuangWeijun (1DongzhimenHospitalAffiliatedtoBeijingUniversityofChineseMedicine，Beijing100700，China； 2 ngUniversityofChineseMedicine，Beqing100029，China) Abstract 0bjective：TogeneralizethecurrentsituationandperspectiveofTCM preventionandtreatmentfordiabetesandits complications．M ethods：WereviewedthecurrentstateofpreventionandtreatmentofrdiabetesanditscomplicationswithTCM basedonthesummaryofancientandmodernliteratures．Thediseaselocationisinspleen，stomach，liverandkidneyandthebasic pathogenesisisthatheatdamagesyinandqi．Theclearingheatandtonifyingqiandyinmethodshouldbevalued．Diabeticcompli— cationsalwayshavethepathogenesisofthebloodstasisobstructingcollateralandtheformationof “microabdominalmass”．The methodofdispersingnodeandaggregationshouldbevalued．Conclusion：TCM isaneffectivetreatmentofrdiabetes，diabetickid— neydisease，diabeticretinopathy，diabeticfootandotherdiabeticcomplications．Butthepreventionandtreatmentofdiabetesandits complicationswithTCM stillmeetmanyproblems．Moreattentionshouldbetakentotheliteratureresearch，experienceinheritance offamousveterandoctorsofTCM ，tomakesurethattheadvantagesofTCM andindividualizedtreatmentofTCM arescientifically evaluated，SOthattheoreticalinnovationofTCM canbepromoted． KeyWords Diabetes；Diabetickidneydisease；Microvasculardisease；TCM ；Rese
