Management psychology has long been found that leadership behavior can be calibrated from two dimensions, employee centered and work centered. The typical characteristics of strong leadership in these cases is the height of the work as the center, the leadership behavior mainly focus on the quality of work and enhance the performance, therefore, often can bring the whole teams performance level, so that all members benefit. However, as these leaders ignore the employee centred dimension, and as described in the case, we find that employees often face a lot of complaints and dissatisfaction when faced with strong leadership.
