　　移动互联网下政务微博微信的运用探讨,电子政务论文 移动互联X在电子政务中的应用研究总结与参考文献 　　中文摘要 　　 　　电子政务是在现代信息技术和X络技术的推动下，政府提供公共服务的新型管理模式。随着移动互联X技术的发展，越来越多的电子政务活动通过移动互联X来完成，因此研究移动互联X环境下的电子政务应用模式具有重要意义。 　　 　　本文总结了电子政务的基本理论和发展进程，分析了我国电子政务当前发展阶段的特点，指出了其中的一些不足，并对我国电子政务应用模式的类型进行了分类。在此基础上，对移动互联X环境下的三类主要的电子政务应用模式，即政务X站、政务微博和政务进行了详细分析，对其概念、发展情况、应用方法和应用案例分别进行了说明。 　　 　　本文还在电子政务信息流模型的基础上，重点研究了政务微博、政务等新媒体平台中的信息流动，归纳描述出了政务微博信息流模型，并进行了验证。 　　 　　本文通过对上述三类应用模式的分析，对它们的特点进行了分类总结，根据单一应用模式在政务工作过程中所存在的局限性，提出了在移动互联X环境下的电子政务融合协作应用模式。文章的最后，对新技术可能为电子政务应用模式带来的变革进行了展望。 　　 　　关键词：电子政务；应用模式；移动互联X 　　 　　Abstract 　　 　　Pushed by the momentum of both modern information technology and ent serves as a neanagement model. ent ofmobile inter technology, realization of e-government increasingly relies on it, so it issignificant to study the application schema of e-government supported by mobileinter. 　　 　　This paper summarizes the elementary theory and the development course ofe-government, then analyzes the features in current stage, lists its categories, as e shorting of e-government. Based on these materials, the paperdescribes the such things in details as definition, method, development situation andcases of three major application schemas of e-government supported by mobile inter,e.g. icro-blog, and ation floodel of e-government, the paper focuses on theresearch about the information floedia platforms such as e-governmentmicro-blog and ation floodel of e-governmentmicro-blog inductively, then verifies. 　　 　　By analyzing three application schemas mentioned above, the paper classifies andconcludes their functions.
