Methods ：The HPLC separation was performed on C18 column and gradient elution to determin monoester alkaloids and developed an HPLC fingerprint of Fuzi Decoction. The similarities were calculated with the help of the similarity calculation soft of traditional Chinese medicine. Results ：The contents displayed good liner relationships within the ranges and the similarities of 10 batches of Fuzi Decoction were proved to be higher than 0.9.
