文化冲突论文(Cultural conflict) Cross-cultural thesis, cross-cultural conflict, thesis: Research on cross culture conflict and solving strategy of enterprise Abstract: with the deepening of economic globalization in twenty-first Century, cultural differences and cultural conflicts are affecting the management of multinational corporations more and more. Cross cultural conflict and strategy research become a realistic problem for multinational corporations. In view of this background, the definition, cause and performance of cross-cultural conflict are analyzed, and strategies for solving cross-cultural conflict are put forward. Key words: cultural difference; cross-cultural conflict; strategy 1 Introduction With the rapid integration of the world economy and the rapid process of globalization, transnational corporations have become an inevitable choice to fully deploy global resources through the restriction of national boundaries and personnel. However, in the tide of transnational operation, among employees due to national differences in cultural background, and the occurrence of intense conflicts, the transnational corporation management encountered new problems of cross-cultural conflict. Therefore, how in the world under the background of cross cultural understanding, cultural differences, causes and manifestations of in-depth study of the cross cultural conflict, and find out to adapt to the cross cultural trend of effective enterprise management strategy has become an important step in the globalization of business success or failure of multinational enterprises, is also the academic and management problems to be solved. This topic has attracted much attention of scholars from various countries.
