Land requisition and removal has become a focus of urban construction, and has become a difficult and hot spot. Land expropriation and resettlement compensation, leadership concern, concern among the masses, is directly related to social harmony and stability, urban economic development. Therefore, the party committees and governments at all levels attach great importance to the audit institutions to strengthen the audit supervision of the demolition funds, and urge the removal of compensation and resettlement policy implementation, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses. Judging from the actual situation, there are such problems as the demolition procedures are not in place, the management of funds for demolition is not standardized and so on. The audit supervision is difficult and the audit risk is high. In the light of my own work practice, I make some superficial views on the risk point and preventive measures in the land requisition and removal project audit.
