德盈科技(深圳)有限公司供應商基本準則
Tecx suppliers are required by contract to comply with all applicable laws and regulations where they conduct their business. In addition, we ask them to embrace high standards of ethical behavior and treat their employees fairly and with dignity and respect, consistent with local laws. Specifically, we require our suppliers to affirm their adherence to the following standards as outlined in the Electronics Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) by signing this certificate of compliance.
作為德盈科技(深圳)有限公司之供應商,我們必須在經營本公司的業務時,均應完全符合當地所有相關的法律與規章。此外,我們也被要求去遵循高標準的倫理道德行為,並以尊重及公平的態度去對待我們的員工,以與當地政府法令相一致。尤其,我們被要求經由簽署此份承諾書,來確認遵照以下要求及《電子行業行為準則》,簡稱EICC之綱要標準經營企業。

Every employee must be a voluntary employee and that there be no use of indentured, slaved, prison or bonded labor.
每一位員工均為自願性僱用,並不得雇用以契約束縛、奴工、在監服刑的或被奴役的勞工。
Every employee must be of working age. Employees must meet the requirement of legal working age or be at least 16 years of age, whichever is greater.
每一位員工必須屆於工作年齡。員工必須符合法定工作年齡之要求,或是至少16歲,以上述二者中之較高年齡為準。
Every employee must be hired, promoted and rewarded based on ability and performance, not personal characteristics or beliefs. Discrimination based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, disability, maternity or martial status is not acceptable.
每一位員工必須是基於能力與績效被僱用、升遷與報酬,而非其人格特質或宗教信仰。任何基於種族、膚色、年齡、性別、性傾向、倫理道德、宗教、殘疾、懷孕或軍人身份等因素,遭到歧視是不被允許的。
Every employee must be treated with dignity and be free from sexual harassment, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, verbal abuse and be free to associate in labor unions in accordance with local labor laws and established practices.
