Taking fluoroscope as the main thread, the reviewed and the structure, function and application of quantitative fluoroscope in different development step mainly presented. It is pointed out that three-dimensional fluoroscope will be the essential instrument of quantitative fluorescent log, and the development trend and effortful direction of quantitative fluorescent log technology focus on strengthening the complex utilization of data, and developing the computer software for fluorescent log.This paper summarizes the spectral features of oils in Liaohe oilfield and presents several interpretation charts and quantitative fluorescent log data.The paper summarizes a set of standard of classifying reservoir rock oil bearing grade by using QFT through the application of quantitative fluorescent logging technique in Liaohe oilfield,together with porosity data,establishes Φ-QFT interpreting chart which can classify oil water zone. The paper analyzed objectively and in great detail the various factors those are possible to affect quantitative fluorescence logging, such as diversity of oil component, compl
