五分十分训练法(Five point training) For years, bodybuilders and coaches have created countless training methods to increase strength. What they all have in common is that everyone must follow the systematic training plan in a certain period, step by step, local style, until the desired goal is achieved. Change is good, especially when you plan your training program. But for most bodybuilders, its not clear when and how to change. You can always maintain the way you feel comfortable or change them erratically. Although irregular changes can make your muscles feel confused and help them grow, they do little to increase your strength. To achieve double growth in strength and muscle volume, you need to have a unique and systematic plan. The role of change Many bodybuilders ask, what kind of training is the best? A lot of people will argue over or against a certain training method. But one thing to know is that everything is effective for weight training, but it wont last forever. This means that some changes only on your existing training program (either with the passive contraction, the single biggest movement, super group or otherwise) at least in a certain period of time, about 6 to 8 weeks, will make your muscle strength or the emergence of new changes. By changing between the two most effective training programs, the five point training program will give you more change, allowing you to double the effectiveness of each individual program. Efficient five minute plan The five points in the training program come from the 5 x 5 training method, or 5 groups of 5 exercises, plus a 2 minute break between the groups. It was indeed an old college style training that increased muscle size and strength, and traced back to the 50s of the last century, when Reg Parker used it to develop his classic body shape.
