The overall design of this project is mainly composed of four parts. The introduction and conclusion of general outline and theoretical explanation to China modern literary biography, especially discusses some important propositions, summarizes the achievements and experiences of Chinese modern literary biography studies in recent 30 years. The second part is a case study of fifteen biographies of Lu Xun, Guo Moruo and Mao Dun. Special research on selection of these fifteen writers is a biography, reason his literary achievements and cultural status, with its achievements, the development of biography writing. The third part makes a comprehensive analysis of such hot phenomena as writers, biographies, books and autobiography. The fourth part focuses on the writers and biographies of some accomplished biographies.
