武汉市农业投资保障条例（Regulations of Wuhan Municipality on the protection of agricultural investment） Standing Committee of the Wuhan Municipal Peoples Congress (promulgated by units)(time of promulgation)(time of implementation) Regulations of Wuhan Municipality on the protection of agricultural investment (adopted at the thirty-fifth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth Peoples Congress of Wuhan on October 17, 1997, and approved by the thirty-first meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth Peoples Congress of Hubei Province in December 3, 1997) Chapter I General Provisions The second chapter, fund raising The third chapter, fund use The fourth chapter, fund management The fifth chapter, legal responsibility The sixth chapter is the supplementary provisions Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to strengthen the position of agriculture as the foundation, guarantee stable growth of agricultural investment, improve the investment benefit of agriculture, improving agricultural production conditions, promote the city agriculture sustained, stable and coordinated development, according to the Peoples Republic of China agriculture law, Hubei Province Agricultural Investment Regulations and other relevant laws and regulations, with the actual city, develop this ordinance. Article second these Regulations shall apply to the collection, use, administration and supervision of agricultural investment in this municipality. Third, investment in agriculture should adhere to the principle of government investment, raise funds in all directions, co-ordinate arrangements, ensure the key and reasonable use, strict management, and pay attention to efficiency, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors according to law.
